Who here has actually looked through / noticed our Knowledge Base in the Help Desk?

Been there - done that, as the saying goes...

I had to use it because I would have felt dumb posting here for help "finding" webmail. It worked - I found what I needed to know. Duh... :?

Me too! That was the first thing I looked for when I signed up.

I already visited it.

Some of my questions are answered there.

It's an easy place to find quick answers, other than the F.A.Q. It covers topics that most other forms of support don't! 8)

I too have a Knowledge Base in my help desk, but to be honest to get people to login to use the helpdesk is a big enough ask.

I would say a Knowledge Base outside a login area would be used more from my own opinion.

From the main page of your site "Knowledge Base" link that goes straight to it with no logins no anything just choose from the menu.

That's true, although the knowledge base is a built in feature of PDesk. There may be some knowledge base scripts on the web from some places such as cgi-resources.com. However, it might be more difficult to insert data into an external KB (internal --> PDesk) because the PDesk KB is just made up of all the various trouble tickets submitted. Just some thoughts :) .

You know I ask acunett staff where can I find the knowledge base because Im new client and not familiar with it. Im looking in FAQ's but the information is limited.

I suggest also to put the knowledge base in FAQ's
