automatic creation of databases

Unfortunately no, as databases are incorporated into PSA. Are you sure your program needs to create databases, and not tables on the fly?

the program needs to create databases and i am sure, this seems impossible with regular hositing and i need to have a vsp .

i want to ask acunett if they can open this feature for me in my reseller hosting, i only need to have unlimited mysql databases and the creation of those databases can be done through any program ( Msql : create database whatever;").

it is an educational program that creates courses online

my problem is that this program, when creating new course, creates a database in its name.

i face the problem that most hosting do not allow automatic creation of databases so i am stuck on one database for the whole program which makes it unreliable

I'd suggest getting a dedicated server with just a plain red hat installation. That way you won't be limited by control panels.
