Helpdesk email

I seem to be only getting intermittent helpdesk emails. I used to get an email each time an Acunett Tech posted in the tickets.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

We're having a bit of an email issue on the helpdesk server related to piping. I hope to have this fixed soon.
