I would like you to explain us what is difference between these to services. The thing is that all your older clients ordered this Server management service but as I see now there is only Proactive service. So is this proactive subtitution for Server management or what. When opening a Ticket I see both, but I dont see this Server management anymore in your offer.

Hello,

We use to offer Basic server management for $35/month. This would include troubleshooting all problems with the server and also performing a monthly server checkup on request.

Our current offering is our Proactive server management for $55/month. It includes everything the basic server management plan did plus weekly server security audits, hardware checks and software upgrades. We provide a weekly report of all proactive work we do with this service.

If you are currently on the basic management service, we are offering a discount. You can upgrade to the proactive services for only $10/month instead of $20/month
