Ive only been with them for 48 hours and already I am wondering the same thing. I thought the whole concept of service was dead in the IT industry but Acunett is certainly resurecting it. Im happy as a pig in shit at the moment.

Stuff I have wanted looked at for months by a variety of techs has been fixed by Acunett in under 24 hours. I should have taken the leap of faith and used them months ago when I first found them!!!

let me just add that i've been with these guys through better and worse for almost two years now and i can tell you that these guys run a good company.

is it perfect? no...but show me someplace that is.

ohh man ohh man I am to lazy to make another tread, but let me add my penny into this post I being with them......I kinda forgat how long but they are one of the best if not the best, I actually was transfer here when I guess acunett bought frozenhosting.. but hey I amhappy here and the service is great I get good stuff for what I pay unlike other places where I would pay the same and not even get half as what I get here. anyways thats my penny

Let me tell you this. I am not customer of Acunett (yet!) but this forum is so good for my common problems research ('cos I'm common user as well) that I've put Acunett forum for my homepage.

Now, I'm reseller with N11, and they've been great (main reason why I'm not Acunett client) but they've shutdown their own forum. Why did they do that I don't know. Yes, forum was creap 'cos nobody was posting anyway, but that was only real communication for update and problem solving. You can still write a Ticket, and they will answer you in a short time period, but that is not it. You won't get feeling there is actually someone out there.

If N11 would ever die on me, Acunett would not be my first choice. No sir, they would be my only choice.

I have to say we have a nice little family here in the AcuNett forum and we are well looked after by Rob, Ronny and the other techs. They always keep us updated and when we are lost they put is back on the correct track. Seriously after i fink it may be some where nearly year and a half or so (not to sure) i still think im dreaming. Hope i dont wake up just yet.
