Hello,
I have sites in DALLAS server and installed a script and have an online control panel on the server, basically I update the templates using browser after I log-in in the control panel.
Unfortunately, since May, I encountered an error message when I update the template from my online control panel:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, wwwadmin@domain.tld and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I already have sites in HOUSTON, CHICAGO and CINCINNATI and theres no errors I encountered. I have a feeling that there was an error in DALLAS server.
I submitted an online ticket (Ticket Status: ONY-40483) as well as contact the script writer.
This is the message from the script writer:
"My programmer says that file uploads are disabled on your server. The script never gets control when uploading a backup file. That means that there's no problem with the script. You'll need to contact your web host to fix the problem."
I want to post the issue here, I want to know if Im the only one who experienced this on DALLAS server.
Needed your help too.
