I need help with my online forms because Im familiar and use FormMail.cgi and you already disable it!

Help from FormMail.cgi to FormMail.php

All I need is a Php form handler, please help.

I am not sure exactly what you want us to do. We cannot make the script for you. That is beyond our scope of support. Have you already looked at .php formmail scripts?

take a look at the offerings at the www.resourceindex.com and www.hotscripts.com

they have many form mail-esque scripts as well as function scripts which you can insert into your existing code.

I already do and test FormMail.php and it works for both PLESK and CPANEL!
