help! Quota problem on San Antonio's WHM

WHM is not letting me do anything to change my account quotas on the new server (san antonio) because it says i'm over quota.

i'm not really over quota, i'm actually far below it, it's just the allocated amount that's over, not the actual used space.

even when i tried to change the accounts to set their quotas a little lower, it still wouldn't let me change anything.

i think it must be because the "allow overselling" option hasn't been enabled on the new server or something...

i sent a ticket into helpdesk about this a couple of hours or so ago, don't remember when exactly, but i thought i'd just post this here as well to increase the chances of it being seen :)

I just went and checked mine and you are correct, overselling seems to be dissallowed.

I hope they fix this for everyone, not just your account.

yep, i did say in my helpdesk ticket that i assumed it was going to be a system-wide option change.

haven't heard anything back yet, the guys must either be busy or crashed out *grin*

speaking of which, it's almost 5am here so i think i will give up for now, go to bed and see how things look when i wake up :)
